I remember seen a full range of Arko creams sold in most supermarkets,in the past.Used by Turkish barbers,I even saw Lebanese barbers used them also.

It was 5 years ago before restyling the boxart.

Tube is laminated plastic, nice box-art presentation especially image of brush loaded with huge lather.
I love the smell and very nice, rich creamy moisturizing lather, despite the name cool,it has no cooling agent.after the shave, my skin felt refreshed and well cared.Normally sold in Middle East,Europe, and North Africa.

I will buy it again if I can find one locally.

The Arko Cool is a nice cream - not the best I got but far from the worst. You can get it - and other Arko creams - from Bestshave in Turkey.

Used it yesterday, was the first time. Was send to me by a guy from Macedonia with a bunch of other Arko soaps and creams. I tried a few of them and they are good as far as lather making goes but somehow Arko products seem to make my skin dry after shaving.

I have a tube of this cream. While the performance is fine, I can't get past the scent.

Arko Cool is one of the few shave products my wife has commented on without me asking directly for her opinion. She liked the scent one day as I was lathering some up before a shave.

I think Arko makes a fine shaving product, and the Cool is one of my favorites actually for it's pleasant scent. To me it has a bit of an aquatic cologne vibe.

Let me try it again a couple of times over the next 2 or 3 weeks and get back to you. I was planning on giving it one final chance anyway, then PIF'ing it if I didn't like it. Giving it to you would save the postage!

I agree with you on the scent. I also find the Ice Mint cream has a very similar scent, but it's a well-mentholated cream. As we know, the Cool is not mentholated at all.

Arko is very popular here in the Middle East, their creams are inexpensive and great performers.
