Hi Gents:

This vintage Simpson Polo 12 in Super 3-band is an amazing brush that feels very much like an over-sized Rooney's Finest! If you would like an iconic brush that combines a Wall of Badger with Rooney Finest type of scritch - this brush is for you! Polo 12's don't come to B/S/T very often and I will probably regret letting it go, but I'm just not using this nearly as much as it deserves. Available directly from Simpsons for over $380 + shipping - or steal this one for only $275 including conus shipping!

Wow!! Truly an impressive brush and a great deal, Bob! I imagine the many "scrubby is better" legions will come along soon enough. Best of luck!

Gents: The extra-strong backbone would be more likely if this were a two-band rather than a three-band. It was represented to me as a three-band when I bought it, so that's what I am calling it. Here are a couple of close-ups of the knot. I am not claiming that it's a two-band, but I have to wonder...

If it has some scritch, I'd bet on it being the early 2 band. Awesome brush by the way!

That's truly a beautiful brush. I'd snatch it up if I didn't already have one. Good luck.
