Head is sold. Thanks all for your kind comments. Thanks TSN.

I have a Weber Polished razor head only in excellent condition for sale. I would also trade it for a DLC or ARC head. Photos available upon request.
$38 shipped CONUS. SOLD

Is there a difference in shave quality between the three finishes or is it just cosmetic?

Lots of people, lots of different opinions. For me, I'd say that the only difference is cosmetic. That being said, I think that the DLC looks the best (but I own the polished and I'm very happy with it).

I also own the polished and sold a couple of other razors and an Ikon handle after I got it because I like it so much. Curious about the DLC "feel" but to me the polished just looks and feels right.

All Weber heads in my experience produce the SAME result. In other words, its not like one is more efficient then the other...

Now, end result aside, what I can tell you with great certainty is that the finish or coating on these razors WILL provide a different feel or shave quality as you put it.
Here's how I personally would describe the differences in shave quality..

DLC= Smoooothest of the bunch. I really can't get enough of this razor. Think, the comfortable feel of a DE89 but with added smoothness and efficiency.

Polished= A little more bite to me then the DLC but far from harsh and still very comfortable.

ARC= closest to the feel of the polished head but a tad smoother.

In my humble opinion the DLC is where it's at! But of course, I'll end this one as we always do boys...YMMV..

I haven't tried polished head but DLC and ARC function the same for me, I prefer DLC only for looks.

What it boils down to is a great Razor head and a great seller at a great price-buy it!
