I've had success with a small screwdriver and being VERY gentle. The metal in the old razors can be brittle and breaking the tooth off is entirely possible.

I have tried heating the metal in boiling water and gently reshaping with a needle nose plier. First protect the metal with a bit of cloth....usually works but twice it did not....somewhat ify...good luck.

If you have an extra needle nose plier you can set aside for things like this, wrap some electric tape tightly several times around the contact area. It's good protective padding for several uses including razors.

Depending on how badly they are bent, i will leave them alone as they are more fragile than you would imagine. Good luck if you do attempt to straighten them.
