The balm is very creamy, not runny nor greasy. And as for the smell if you look at the Website it has a whole host of essential natural oils, again not strong but a wonderful smell.

Best of all it's 100% Paraben Free.

The smell reminds me of the RazoRock Aftershave Wax - somewhat woodsy. VB is like a light to medium weight lotion which spreads very easily and is absorbed quickly without leaving a greasy residue. It feels nice going on the face and the scent lasts for a couple of hours, with it being most potent upon application and then it wears nicely once it settles.

I'm wearing GFT Wild Fern today, I'd love for them to come up with a fern or lavender fragrance to pair well with it.

Iain sent me a bottle of the balm and the shaving oil. Although the oil is a bit heavy for me, I liked the balm. Refreshing and leaves your face felling nourished.
