No, missed it and shipping restrictions would have precluded me anyway!

That is a heck of a deal. The only problem with doing that is you end up sold out for a while.

I'm *still* finishing up my very generous sample from an online friend, and have an unopened bottle. I'm good. Smile

I ordered 2 more bottles. That brings me up to 13. I'm just trying to catch Johnny. I will be set if they stop production again.

Gonna be a while to catch him. And don't let SWMBO know where they are kept. BAD things happen if she thinks you have too many. Biggrin

Colognes and A/Ss are, indeed, a subjective enterprise.

I didn't know what to expect (I have the vigaroso, but this is not that) but I was pleasantly surprised. It's pretty old school, not unlike what you might get splashed with at the barber's. As noted above, my wife likes it, and that's half the battle right there. I like it, too. Not "oh my gosh the world has stopped spinning" like it, but I like it.

I'm familiar with the product and am certainly no stranger to colognes and aftershaves. I was mainly fishing for a response from my partner Johnny. Rolleyes

Hi Piper Down and All,

I'm new to this exciting world of Traditional Wet Shaving, but happy to be learning. Smile

I've seen "Floid Blue" mentioned a lot for Aftershaves. If I may ask:

* What is "Floid Blue" like in terms of Scent and Feel? Piper Down, sadly, I've never been to an old-school Barber Shop, so I don't know what that's like (in your example). Tongue

* What are the ingredients in Floid Blue? I have sensitive skin and generally don't like throwing too many synthetic chemicals on myself. Wink

Thanks!

ngredients: Alcohol Denat, Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Sorbitol, Parfum, Limonene, Linalool, Alpha Isomethyl Ionene, Citral, Butypheryl Methylpropional, Bencyl Salicylate, Hydroxyisohexyl3- Cyclohexene Carboxaldehyde, Coumarin, Cinnamyl Alcohol, Geraniol, Citronellol, Eugenol, Benzyl Benzoate, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Menthol, CI 44045.

When someone says old school barbershop scent they are usually saying it has a powdery scent. To me Floid Blue smells like powder and candy. It always leaves my face feeling soft.
