I got TOBS and DR Harris lavender waters in the mail today to do a comparison and I m really starting to like the DR Harris. I was wondering if any of you have a favorite lavender water and why?

Just a personal preference, but I prefer D.R. Harris to all of the others in your poll.

I have the TOBS only. What are the differences with D.R. Harris to you?

With a sniff of both bottles, they both seem nearly identical, but when you put them on, the TOBS's other "non-lavender" notes start out by overpowering the lavender, to me the note is the same as the note in the DR Harris Sandalwood star anise note, but after 15 or so minutes you start to detect the lavender a little to alot more, then it fades into other types of flowers and citrus. Whereas with the DR Harris, it starts out with a much lighter lavender and star anise-like note similar to the tops, but it stays lighter as it evolves to produce a light medicinal lavender note, which smells just like Yardley's lavender pomade.

I'll also add that the TOBS is much stronger.

Ok, I went back and smelled the TOBS again, it is a much sweeter smell, with just as much citrus and other florals as lavender.

It comes to me that there are very few of us using lavender water!

Exactly! I'm actually turning to use lavender waters as my Spring/Summer aftershave splash to pair with my Wild Fern cologne.
