Via Twitter Mark announced the range of Simpsons scented shaving creams are due for release soon.

The scents are:

Citrus Burst
Peppermint & Rosemary
Cafe Latte
Vanilla & Rose
Lavender & Vetiver
Classic Sandalwood

If they perform as good as the Vulfix creams, but with better scents, they will be fantastic!

This is good news. Let's hope the new scented creams perform far better than the Vulfix creams and have a cleaner list of ingredients. Undoubtedly Mark's objective is to produce the best creams on the market.

Hopefully the introduction of Simpson shaving soaps is still on the agenda.

Excellent. Thanks Ben!

The unscented cream is just superb. I am excited to see these scents finally become available.

I was very impressed with their non scented cream but gave it tom my dad and decided to wait for the scented versions. I'm glad their being released soon. I'll get at least one for the sample shop as well.

I really like the original unscented version, but am eagerly awaiting the scented ones. I just enjoy my shave better with a nice scent.

My response is pretty much the same as everyone else's - I have been very impressed with the unscented, and a couple of those scents sound amazing.

I'm keen to purchase the entire range, but will probably start with just three:

Lavender & Vetiver, because I'm a traditionalist.
Rose & Vanilla, because I love the scent of roses. (If there was a Turkish Delight scent I'd be... Delighted!)
And Caffe Latte, because I can't start the day without one!

Now that you mention it, it has been a while, hasn't it. Maybe they're already out and I slept right through it. I've done that before.

Being an old fogey, I'll be interested in hearing others' impressions of these before investing in any of them.

What was wrong with the Vulfix creams? ( I never tried them ) and just my opinion, but I would have thought a company with Simpsons history being in a very traditional oriented industry would have gone with more "old school" scents

I think Mark is trying to lead the company into a new direction - still keeping the old school ivory brushes, but then making shaving creams in new flavours and limited edition brushes in colourfull handles.

The market is already crowded with traditional shaving cream scents from the 3 T's, DR Harris and others.

Shaved with the new Simpson Cream for the first time today. It's great stuff, but smells awfully unsatisfying. I'm curious to see the Citrus Burst, as I'm addicted to the scent of my TOBS grapefruit.

I love the direction Mark is leading Simpsons. He honors and perfects the tradition of excellence in Simpsons while always creating new products with a fresh but legendary side of the company.

Honestly, Mark's leadership at Simpsons is what keeps me coming back again and again for legendary tradition and current creations.
