To the left is my lather shot. It's a tasteful little number of hand lathered VanDerWilliams; the VDH for that deep bodied flavor and the Williams for the citrus taste. Very smooth and creamy going down.

I don't generally take SOTD pictures, so I don't have many, but there are some posted in this thread. Here is an older shot of the same Plisson brush, this time with MdC.

This is what's left after three passes. When I got the full-sized jar, I had to re-calibrate how long to load the brush since I was used to using a small sample. That said, in my opinion, the only "wasteful" lather is bad lather made from good soap.
