Hi Guys,

Im selling an odd razor that doesn't come up very often Gillette Mono-Tech
They were made in Brazil from 1950s-1980s apparently.

I have had one before and thats the only other one Ive seen come up on BST either here or another forum, Its a rare razor that shaves nice a smooth similar to a smoother tech but very efficient, Heres you're chance to get one in great condition, you wont see another up on the BST for a long time.

The condition is great just minor pin sized brass under the base plate and thats all that I can see.

Doors align correctly,TTO works very smoothly.

If you have any other questions feel free to PM me, if you would like more pictures or different angles PM me

Interesting razor. It looks like a flare-tip Super Speed without the flare.

The geometry of the Mono-techs is extremely similar with the geometry of Rockets and Superspeeds... and also with the Monobloc models for the French market.

Nice shavers, for sure!

Nice shavers, for sure!

I have been curious about the MonoBloc's are they similar to the HD Rocket #59?

The look pretty much the same except for the design on of the handle.

Yes, I think you are correct!

Aside from the differences in the handles, I find no significant difference (from the shavers' perspective) between most of the English Rockets/Parats/etc. Monoblocs were Made in England, they share the same head than Rocket HD and they have barely the same weight and size, so...
