I cleaned all my brushes last night, so I figured it would be a good time to take a group shot (with my very limited photography skills). Having 5 brushes is actually a lot for me, but I know this is nothing compared to many people.

The Plisson and the Tulip are my main brushes, but I also use the Wee Scot frequently with shave sticks. The Vulfix is a new addition and is auditioning for a spot in the lineup. The "micro" Plisson is really more just a collector's item. I've used it a few times, but find it tedious.

(left to right) Omega 10019, $.50 chinese boar, Semogue 1438, Semogue 610, handcrafted badger by a friend in Alabama- cocobolo handle, Simpson Special pure, Simpson Special Best, Rooney 3/1 SS.
Unfortunately the middle brush won't stand on end. It was the first brush this gent ever built. But he made it for me, so it's pretty special.

Where did you get that awesome brush / razor stand???
I made it! I don't like doing that kind of work, but I can. My shop is set up to make things round.

Excellent use of the type holders. I see them for sale on etsy.com and e-bay and never thought to use them for brushes. However, if I were to buy one I would have to buy more brushes to fill all the spaces. That could be fun, and expensive!

Vow! I'm speechless.. You're like a Simpson dealer

Great collections gentlemen!! And here is my collection. The top 3 (between wilkinson & omega badger) are from Turkey. The bigger jaguar is a fine brush, the other ones are meh..
I have some more badgers on the way (simpson & new forrest), one mühle silvertip fibre and SOC cherry wood. They will be important players in the team
