Good morning guys!

Today is a beautiful, sunny day in Antalya. The weather is just great, and so was my shave !

Music : Bowerbirds - northern lights

Omega black badger
T&H Lavender SC sample
Merkur Futur (3)
Merkur blade (2)
Alum block
TBS musk EDT and ASB

Omega badger needs to be broken in more, it is not soft enough. T&H lavender has a wonderful smell and lathers perfectly. Futur is probably going to be my favourite razor, it works like a charm. BBS achieved in 3 passes. What a nice day!

I hope you all a beautiful sunday !

We've got the annual Easter egg hunt scheduled for this afternoon. What used to be our two little ones and one or two of their friends has, after almost 40 years, grown to 20+, including grandkids, grandkids' dates, grandkids' friends, and grandkids' parents. I'm sure they do it in large part to humor my Immediate Supervisor and me, but they still seem to enjoy it!

Omega Wooden Handle
Super Speed/Shark day 5
Mystic SC
Lubriderm unscented moisturizer
Aqua Velva Ice Blue AS

A beautiful shave which I enjoyed so much - the Mystic cream from Bulgaria is a most brilliant performer. The scent is really nice and classy, the lather is rich and easy to create, and it soothes sensitive skin very well. Unfortunately, although menthol is listed as an ingredient, there's no cooling effect. I had to depend on the Aqua Velva for that, and it came through for me. Sorry, no pictures today!

Sunday, April 8th

Razor: Cobra Classic
Blade: Feather Professional
Brush: Vie-Long Beehive (Silvertip)
Pre-Shave: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Soap: AOS Lavender
A/S: Trumper West Indian Limes

I have found my Mojo again with the Cobra Classic. Biggrin I enjoyed an excellent shave aided no doubt by the superb lather created by the AOS soap and the Vie-Long Beehive brush. One note about the AOS Lavender...I really do not detect much lavender scent. On the plus side, I also do not really detect the clay scent that I associate with AOS and Czeck and Speake soaps and the performance is top shelf. A splash of West Indian Limes aftershave and I am ready for Easter Brunch.
