My wife got me a box of Personna DE's as an anniversary gift. I was wondering what kind they are. They are in a blue and black box. Label says "comfort coated super stainless steel blades". Label says they are made in America. Any ideas?

I've never used them but they are supposed to be very good blades. Let us know how they work out for you.

I imagine those are the blades many refer to as 'Labs'. I have a box of 100, and enjoy them quite a bit.

I think after Personna realized shavers were buying their Lab blades they started packaging them for sell to traditional shave outlets. For a while it seemed like you could only order them from some pretty obscure medical supply places.

Good blades. Not great, but pretty darn good.

They are labs or hospital blades which are identical. Excellent blades and made in the USA.

Cool. I got about 400 blades total now. I just love how my wife hooks me up with great shave essentials.
