Has anyone had experience with this product? I've read some nice things about their after shave products but haven't heard anything about their shaving cream.

Thats the liquid cream.I only have tried the 1kg solid soap. Its a soap that requires some patience to lather but provides a good lather. However, even when it contains lanolin, leaves my skin really dry.

Thanks Teiste. I was unaware they made a 1kg solid soap. All I've ever seen advertised was the stuff in the bottle.

Is the liquid made for conventional wet shaving using a brush and bowl/mug?

Johnny, I believe the Myrsol liquid soap is used primarily for barber shop lather machines similar to Campbell's liquid soap which is used for that purpose.

Thanks. In that case it would not be for me. I use to have a Campbell lather maching but sold it a few years back. Wish I still had it.
