Well, I am down to a four soap rotation.

MWF, MdC, SMN, and the two Speick Sticks that I just grated to make a nice hard puck.

A while back I narrowed my creams down to just the Speick Cream.

Now on special occasions I will pull out my Boellis Panama 1924 but the four soaps and one cream listed above are my daily users.

Now I can start saving my money for a small straight razor collection. Smile

I'm with you Johnny. Since getting MdC there isn't much else I've wanted to use. P.160, Antica Barbieria Colla Bitter Almond, & LaFamiglia/TFS are the only things I've used in addition to & these have been quite rare.

I'm happy to see you and Johnny joined the MdC train! It os awesome stuff!

And I'm with you Johnny! I have narrowed down my soap to Proraso, MdC and MWF. I do have more...but they are mostly gifts from trades.

A question though...will you be narrowing your brushes down to just 4? Wink

No, my pigs are slowly multiplying. Now I need to start "slowly" working on some straight razors, and I do mean "slowly".

Does MDC only have one scene of soap. Looked on their site and only saw stuff like glass bowl, small glass blow, and some wood type.

There should be three shaving soaps. One is unscented, one is scented (original scent) and one is fougere (not yet back in stock after initial release). How well these show up on the site I have no idea.

Thanks. It appears these soaps are quite expensive at 50 something euros. I have never tried this soap, but would be interested in knowing more about it. I also have never tried MWF, but maybe Johnny is on to something here, besides he has hooked me on the Floid Blue.

I just use one soap.

At a time, of course.

But doesn't every one of your lovely piggies deserve its own soap? That's my justification for soapmiscuity. To prevent the brushes from fighting Biggrin

I appreciate what you are doing Johnny, I have about 50-(I don't want to know), between soaps and creams.

Just Four? I don't know if I could do it. Although I'll admit I have thought about trying to get to 7 but I just don't have the will power. Your four are definitely worthy and in my rotation as well. I also grate my speick sticks. What a great soap. Performs for me similar to tabac without the polarizing scent. Just wish they would make a puck, presenting it in a glass jar like tabac would be the icing for me.

Hmmm. I recently did an inventory.

37 soaps, 24 creams.

Four seems quite impossible at the moment.

MWF and Floid Blue go good together. Just ask Phil.
