Hi there,

Well... Here's the first post with you forum fellows... And it's the impossible one!

I've scoured Blightie (the UK) for one of these exquisite creatures... and drawn a blank!

...so one of my chums suggested I try across the pond!

So here's askin! Have any of your fine GIs got a DLC for a Limey from Blightie?

Put simply, I'm looking to buy a Weber DLC if anyone has one they wish to sell.

Please get in touch.

Kind regards,

Simon

Welcome to TSN!

DLCs are difficult to find, on this side of the pond as well.

Good luck!

Bless you!

God loves an optimist!... and I am that.

If at first you don't succeed... Travel further, climb higher, look harder.... (and lobby Weber to start production again)...

Welcome to the Nook and good luck in your quest in finding a DLC. Trust me, it is well worth searching the globe for. My absolute favorite razor head!

Agree... Hard to find but worth the search.

Having said that, I have both the DLC and the High Polish and other than the DLC's gentle tug from the coating, they shave the same. This razor was my DE game changer. Once I found the Weber, the sell-off started since nothing else comes close.

My word! The number of responses is incredible.

However, I feel I may have shot myself in the foot. Certainly, if Ed Weber sees this he's likely to put an extra 30% on the RRP of any future DLC... and I'm still without one of these lustrous beasts!

I can't believe it!

As for another DLC batch, I think Ed would do well to do a numbered collectors edition with "WEBER" embossed with in laid onyx across the top plate, in a Kevlar pouch and dark titanium coated blades in their own dispenser. Come to think of it, how about all on a milled titanium handle that is diamond in cross section, in keeping with the DLC!!

....any other takers for the most exclusive limited run DLC DE(Diamond), ever commissioned?

...message for Ed... I know you read this, so go on, make my day and build this instant classic!

Kind regards,

Simon

Bump for the for Bank Holiday!

....do you guys have 'Bank Holidays' over there?

...to be fair we should revoke them over here... All the use a bunch of Bankers are!

...I wonder whether you guys know about Cockney rhyming slang (and I'm not talking about that aberration of a performance by Dick Van Dyke in Mary Poppins!)... And the term "banker"...with an alternate meaning.

...brownie points for the first 'septic' to get it!!!
