Can't I just see the videos here? Frankly I'm getting tired of having the same things posted here, Facebook, Twitter (where I do not have an account), You Tube (where I also do not have an account), etc. I'm happier with one stop viewing and don't understand the need to be all over the internet.

having TSN on youtube, facebook & twitter increases our footprint on the web.

Honestly, Andrew, that's beyond my ken.

When he says it increases our footprint on the web, it means we have more visibility online. Anything that makes it easier for wetshavers or aspiring wetshavers to connect with us is a very good thing. Many people will not participate on a forum, but are very active on Twitter and Facebook. The Shave Nook's presence there allows these folks to drink the wetshaving Kool-Aid along with the rest of us. Our having a YouTube channel allows the convenient archiving of our videos. If someone is on YouTube and searches on wetshaving related terms, our videos will be among the search results. That will add to the viewer's education and enjoyment. A YouTube account is not necessary to view the videos, and they can also be linked to posts on the forum. That there will be plenty of information sharing between these venues will only enhance the forum.

Then I don't need to make accounts at Twitter or You Tube. I can still see everything here. Excellent! While I am happy to be active on a forum, I truly dislike other forms of social media such as Twitter and You Tube. I do have a Facebook account but rarely go there and am always somewhat uncomfortable when I do. That's something I don't feel on the forums I belong to. Thanks for the explanation Tbone.
