I was Googling for a Weber DLC and TSN kept popping up so I thought it high time to join the forum, having read so many of your posts and hearing about you from common members on TSR.

The big bugbear with American shaving stuff currently is British Customs hammering us for importing stuff - can make a purchase a very expersive buy! A great pity, considering all the wonderful stuff you have available!

Welcome to TSN!

Perhaps we should start a petition, asking Ed Weber to hammer out some more DLCs, as it seems there are many folks clamoring for one, worldwide! Biggrin

Welcome to The Shave Nook. I agree, customs on both sides of the pond can be a pain.

Welcome to TSN from another UK member. Been stung many a time by Customs/Royal Mail charges.

I could be wrong but I'm starting to wonder if he is just having a lot of trouble with the coated razors.
When searching forums the DLC seems to be the top culprit for rust and the coating wearing/chipping off.
Whatever it is he really doesn't seem too keen on making them anymore, which is surprising considering how sought after they are. Huh

Anyway, to the original poster, welcome aboard the Nook!

Welcome to The Shave Nook!
Boy, you sure are looking for, possibly, the best DE shaver and one of the most elusive modern razors, unfortunately.
Good luck with your search.

Hi Bechet45,

Welcome and nice to meet you! Smile

Sorry to hear about customs fees, but on the bright side, you have many great brands and products in the UK as well. (Simpsons, D R Harris, etc.) Wink

Enjoy your stay!
