I'm six months out from my heart surgery. Today was a great day, I experience the full benefit of my surgery.

I love to walk in the woods, before my surgery it was becoming increasingly difficult to do. Total exhaustion was the result from each walk.

Arkansas has great state parks. There is one north of us that is spectacular, especially in the spring when the waterfall is flowing.
Today was no exception. Walked the entire waterfall loop and felt great afterwards, despite sore knees.[Image: Kh3amq4.jpg]

Brad, it's wonderful to hear that you walked the full loop and it was your KNEES which were sore. That is remarkable my friend.

Good stuff!
Only wish my father had your good fortune.....He's gone now. Left us while on the operating table. Mind you it was a heart transplant and complications arose which he, I guess, did not have the strength to overcome.
