I am offering up two beautiful brushes today, in another effort to keep my brush herd to a manageable size.

SOLD The first is a Simpsons Chubby 2 Manchurian, purchased from the first batch of Manchurian hair. The knot dimensions are 28mm diameter x 53mm loft. The knot is stuffed with incredible density. I have owned a few Manchurians, and this is easily the densest. It is also a beautifully formed knot. My experience with the brush is that the tips are very soft, with no appreciable scritch. At the same time, the knot has an impressive amount of backbone, which provides a good scrubbing feel when face lathering. I have used this brush about 20 times and have encountered no shedding. New, they cost around $340 without shipping. I am offering it for $290, including USPS Priority shipping. I will ship internationally for an additional fee. SOLD

SOLD The second is this Morris & Forndran Blonde Badger with custom stone handle. I recently purchased this from Doug (wingdo) on this BST, and like him, I find the knot too big for my tastes. My upper size limit is a Chubby 2, and as you can see from the picture, the M&F Stone blooms to a larger size. This handle is beautiful - it is a dark gray-green marbled stone with interesting cream to white colored inclusions. It feels solid and heavy in the hand, but not such that you would worry about dropping it. In fact, I have found that the stone has a very slightly tacky feel in use - not slippery at all. The knot measures 27mm diameter x 57mm loft. The handle is not marked, but it is indeed a Morris & Forndran custom produced for our very own Ben74. The hair is from Lee Sabini's early 2011 Blonde Badger batch, if I am not mistaken. Lee set the knot at a higher loft and gave it a fan shape, so it looks 3-band. The hair in the knot has a very springy quality, so even at this tall loft, it is not floppy at all. But neither is it a scrubby brush like the Manchurian CH2 I am offering. It has excellent flow through and builds a luxurious lather. I just prefer a smaller knot on my face. I bought this brush from Doug for $220 and am offering it for $200PRICE REDUCED TO $175 - NOW $150 SOLD (including Priority shipping). I have used it about 10 times and have encountered no shedding. Let me also point out that this is truly a one-of-a-kind brush.

Thanks for looking!

I am adding a trade option for this brush. I'll consider offers for other brushes or razors.
