I have a fair number of DEs, but I'd like to try a good SE. I like the looks of Bakelite-handled models.

Let me know if you have one with which you'd be willing to part for a reasonable sum. I prefer to pay via PayPal.

I'm not well known here, but I can give you my eBay identity, if that would help.

Thanks,

Dan (Sharecropper)

Not sure I have one for you or not. By Bakelite handles are you referring more to Schick injectors or the later Gems with plastic handles like a Feather Weight or Contour?

I've seen Treets and Gems with plastic handles. I'm not looking for an injector.

The Gem Feather Weight looks great. The cream-handled ones are more appealing to me.

Thanks for the link, Turtle. I actually PM'd Dan a bit ago. Hopefully a good fit! And it's down to $10 now.

I think that my single-edged desires will be satisfied for a time! I should have two on the way.

Cool! A FW and a Jr are both great razors, one is as mild as SE gets, and the other is mid aggressive. The bakelite handle on the Jr may look gaumy, but it's actually quite good in use.
