I suppose I would grab my GEM OCMM (SE), 2011 R41 (DE) or Schick E2 (injector) and do a 1.5 pass shave (usually 2 plus minimal touch up for me...I suppose I could do 1 pass only and no one would notice the difference but me). Realistically, I would use whatever razor is out and loaded if in a rush.

A synthetic brush would save a bit of time in lather making and cleanup. I like Muhle version 2 the best but the HIS synthetic and Frank Shaving/The Golden Nib/Vintage Blades synthetics are good. I load off a hard soap puck and face lather directly. Just my habit.

Krampert's and/or unrefined shea butter when the skin is dried off makes quick but top-notch post shave care.

I would skip my usual razor disassembly and drying as well as hand stropping of the blade if in a rush.

Kiss My Face shave creams lather quickly and effortlessly and can be used brushless. They also have pump bottles which takes all of the effort out of getting an appropriate amount of cream.

When I use a KMF cream and a safety razor it takes me no more than five minutes from prep to clean up, and that includes a two pass shave.

It is hard to do damage with an injector when you are in a hurry, probably the milder injectors like the L model.

+1 on that. Wet face, a little Noxzema followed by KMF with or without a brush. Not as slick as my Williams routine, but fast and easy.

+1 i have started loading my brushes for much longer than needed to have more lather! Biggrin
Having said that, a good mild razor + good blade + Kiss My Face cream sans brush + your favourite balm/moisturizer/splash + two passes will usually take no more than 10 minutes from start to finish.
Boy, that doesn't sound appealing, at all! i empathize with you if you have to do this.

My normal shave is under 5 minutes. If I need a quickie, then it will just be some Bigelow shave cream smeared on my face and a quick pass with whatever razor is on deck.

LOL me too, but then I'm an older fart. In all honesty, there are times when I should probably move along, but it seldom works out that way.

It would certainly be cream and fresh blade.

1) Don't Shave

2) Shave in the Shower, with a mirror using a Shaving Gel

3) But, I like the advice to set the alarm clock 15 minutes eariler.

Some good advice so far.

I would say a brushless cream or gel and an injector, quick, efficient shave.

Look at Cary Grant's shave in the Mr. Blandings film. Quick shave.

Slather on KMF Key Lime unlathered. a few seconds
R41 2011 with Dorco blade, steep blade angle, one pass.
Splash water on face. Towel off and go.

Faster than electric, faster than multi-blade.

Get up earlier, don't shave, or arrive where you going 15 minutes late.

I usually opt for the later Wink
