You could always order some menthol crystals and make your favorite splash a face freezer.

I think the usual drugstore choices are Aqua Velva, Barbasol Pacific Rush, and Skin Bracer. My preference out of those would be Aqua Velva Ice Sport, it has a better scent to me than the original Blue.

Also hard to go wrong with Proraso.

+1 for Krampert's Finest - I haven't tried the Frostbite, but I enjoy his prototype menthol and the limited edition 80 below. If others are to be believed (YMMV and all that) the Frostbite is even more better Tongue

Depends on if you like Vicks VapoRub or not. Yes, go with the Osage.

After using it for the first time today, Kramperts Frostbite.

The scent won't linger too long, but it's a fantastic splash.

My go to summer mentholated splash would be Proraso. But if you need something more easily obtained I like Skin Bracer and Aqua Velva. I also get Osage Rub from my local barber.

The scent won't, but the frozen face feel will, for about 5-10 minutes. At least for me it did.

I believe Phil had some broken jars of goo in with a shipment of "Proraso Splash" and he is letting them go for 1/2 the regular price since the boxes are ruined and I assume the labels are FUBARED.

Myrsol Blue or Flood Blue would be my suggestion.

Depending on your idea of "easily obtained," I suggest the Floid splashes. I have Blue and Vigoroso. Both are pleasantly mentholated but not overboard, and smell great.
