Good afternoon,

My name's Bryan and I'm an amateur wet shaver. I began about 2 months ago, and have acquired a decent shaving supply:

- Merkur 180
- Merkur Futur
- GEM Damaskeene
- Proraso Cream/Preshave, American Crew Oil, Col Conk Pure Badger, MWF soap, Nivea aftershave, EVCO, Witch Hazel, and on and on.

I'm hooked! I've been joining shaving communities for the past month or so and thought it was time to check in with the Shave Nook.

Have a good one,
Bryan

Welcome Bryan! I would say that most of us here are amateur wet shavers. I certainly don't get paid to do it. Biggrin

Thank you thank you.

Can't wait to get home and give my MINT Damaskeene another run. I got one of the best BBS head shaves with it last night.

I don't have any PTFE blades available to me though! Such a bummer that you have to buy them in bulk and that they're so expensive. It'd be killer to get a test sample somehow :\. I'm using the carbon ones from CVS and they gave me a decent razor burn (could've been from head lathering).

My local shop had a beautiful G-Bar as well. Thinking about picking it up. I love having a versatile collection of razors to pick from everyday Smile

It's great to have you in the Nook, Bryan! Especially when you're wielding a Dammy!

Try this link for smaller quantity and still well priced SE blades...

Well I don't know of anyone who gets paid to shave so I think we're all amateurs. Welcome to the Nook Bryan!
