Is there a way to automatically not subscribe to a thread other than changing the preference at the bottom? I would think there has to be a way to change the default. As much as I love the Nook, I sometimes forget to un-subsribe from each topic causing massive emails to flood my inbox. If this action is already possible just call me an idiot for overlooking it in my Control Panel.

in addition to what sharpspine said, I think you'll need to clear out the old subscriptions if you don't wish to get notified about those threads as well.

I noticed that. I was wondering while I was still getting the emails, lol. The wonderful contest that Phil has created has caused me to get flooded with over 1200 messages since Saturday.

Hi,

Don't know if this is the corret thread but i would like to know if in our subscribed threads we can see the first ones that were not viewed.
In other words, display first the ones that were not viewed.

Thanks.

You should see it here:  http://shavenook.com/usercp.php?action=subscriptions

You can access that direct from the user dropdown on the top right of every page.

Thanks, and i know i can do that.

What i want to know it that when we click in our subscribed threads, the ones that are new, could appear in first place, from the newest to oldest.

As far as I know they already do; the threads are listed from new to old, but the READ threads are not hidden.
