When I squat down my knees sound like 50 pairs of maracas all being played at once.
It's NOT good.

Sam, as long as I can still enjoy life then I suppose I shall just let the creaks, groans, pops, and sighs come along for the ride. Wink

I've been creaky on and off since I was in my early twenties. That said, being able to make my knuckles snap and crack just by making a fist under the table is a great way to break up long, tedious meetings - apparently others find that sound distracting Tongue

As for the umphs and ahhs... I lay those when laying down - never when I have to get up in the crack of dawn.

LOL, at least they're yours, Sam. My wife had one replaced and I have a new hip.

AS for the grunts, even when I was young throwing bales of hay I'd make noise. Look at womens tennis today.
