We are getting pounded today. Good sleeping weather.

If for some reason you do not know where Wisconsin is, we are the state covered in red.

I love to sleep to the sound of rain, especially on a tin roof! However, if there are severe storms in mix, which it looks like for your area, I am usually on edge and lose some of the enjoyment.
I've never been a fan of rough storms but it seems like they've gotten particularly nasty in the last decade or so. Scared

Yes, It's pouring down here too. Some thunder, some lightening, but nothing nasty. I hope it stays that way.

I would not be sleeping in a storm like that.

Except for your shaving water, stay dry, folks. And please stay away from any lightning risks.

The SIZE of America always amazes me,when I look at photographs of,say, the Scottish Highlands,or the Lake District in Cumbria and compare them to the photo's of the great outdoors of America, for some reason the whole mass of the image just looks so much BIGGER,even though the horizon is no further away,it's almost like an optical illusion.
I would LOVE to visit America.
Sam.

At least you're not in Calgary. Pictures from that area are really upsetting.

Yes, I saw that. Way to much water. I feel for all those that are being flooded, both here and in Canada.
