Hello all!

I have noticed that if I try to send too many PM's in a given time period of say 1 minute the system tells me I have to wait X amount of seconds to send a new PM. Is there a reason for that? It makes it rather hard to respond to PM's when I have to wait a minute between them. I know it's only a minute, but I can send 10 PM's in a minute if I have 10 people to respond to, and it kills me to have to wait a minute in between replies. Can this be changed to 30 seconds or even 10 seconds??

The limit is there to prevent spamming, true it won't stop it, but it slows it down enough to limit how much damage is done before they're discovered, reported and banned.
