They were in stock then sold out then they must have found some and put those up for sale. In several days they were snatched up. Will probably take awhile until new ones are manufactured.

I got my back up the last time they were available. Am contemplating a third for my safety deposit box. What happens if my bathroom blows up?

How many do you have Ravi?

I was thinking of a second...

Anyone ever have one replated?

I was thinking of buying a second and replating in gold...

I currently have 3 Cobras, Ben. The back-ups are safely stored away ... funny though, because as I read this thread, I'm thinking maybe I need a 4th just to be safe ... Biggrin

I've been contemplating replating 1 in black, but haven't gotten around to finding out who would do it. Smile

Actually I got my back-up because I didn't trust the hinge assembly. I worried that I didn't have the where with all to repair it if it broke nor knew where to take it for repair. It seems so long between times that they are in stock I decided a back-up was definately needed. It should be noted I have used the razor almost exclusively for the past 6 months and the hinge is as tight and trouble free as it was on the day I bought it.

I was going to buy that Cobra finally but my wife went for shopping....(A big shopping) and them we have family party of 30+people to host in China. After we will come back from China I am going to buy a bunch of shaving stuff and if she makes comments I will remind her of her shopping and I will buy what I want. Women almost killed me when I saw Account statement! Think how much shaving goodies I could have! Smile

I'm sure glad that I'm not the only one who thinks they need a back up!

What I really hope happens is that one of the new razor manufacturers will make a competitor to the Cobra.

Are you guys using the Dorco blades? I've been debating getting a pack to compare them to the Kai Milds.

If they would only make a Cobra Junior that would be fitted with regular injector blades. The Chinese Schick blades are wonderful.
