Now that summer is around the corner I am reminded that I favor certain creams when the weather turns hot. My favorite summer cream is probably the Italian Palmolive with menthol but I also like citrus creams (e.g. Trumper Limes) and Speick shave cream. What are your favorite warm weather shaving creams?

I'm in the same boat as Songwind, but...
I just received some QSC Vostok (on sale till Monday) and after taking a whiff of it, the menthol content cleared out my sinuses. I'm very excited to try it tomorrow!
Also Mike's Natural Lime and Rosemary/Peppermint will definitely be high on my list for the summer as well.

I like citrus smell I will look into some of those for summer. Any recommendations for a citrus cream?
RazoRock XXX is a nice citrus based option.
If you like soaps, Mystic Water lime and Mike's Natural Soaps orange, cedar, and black pepper are both great scents.

For summer I don't factor out any product, but I definitely use more menthol and mint for the cooling effects. If I lived where it got much hotter I might be more inclined to use them even more than I do, but 80°F with low humidity is a pretty typical summer day for us.
So while I don't use much Proraso or KMF mint during the winter (when I don't need more cold) I use it more in the summer.
If I can expand on the initial question a bit... Since I was sent a bar of Mikes Mint/Rosemary and have felt its "cool" I intend to use that also instead of some of my winter soaps. I also use citrus soaps more, and I use my menthol drops freely as well, to convert any soap into a cooling menthol version for that particular shave.

KMF makes a nice superlather component for injecting some mint and menthol into your favorite soaps, too.
I particularly like it with my RR Caprician Lemon.

Mama Bears Mandarin Ice is a fantastic summer soap. The orange scent is amazing. It's not artificial it's like peeling an orange and taking a whiff. The menthol scent is light and dosen't over power the orange but there is enough to give your face that cool feeling on a hot summer day.

For me, it's - well, as much menthol as I could get. Here are some of my choices:
1) Denu (probably the coldest cream ever created)
2) Godrej Menthol Mist (tied with Palmolive Menthol for cooling)
3) Palmolive Menthol (tied with Godrej!)
4) Ingram (Egyptian version, and very, very cooling)
5) Lea Menthol (very cooling, and a great scent!)
6) Williams Menthol (great scent and cooling)
7) Gada Cool Mint (very cooling and very CHEAP!)
8) Noxzema (I ADORE this stuff all year long!)
9) Gillette Menthol (great cooling, but now discontinued)
10) Iced Subzero (ultra-potent menthol effect)
I don't know what else to list!
