Hey Matt,

Would you be so kind as to share some more about the Merkur? I've seen this model around in the various shops but know nothing about it.

Thanks, buuuuuddy! Cool

The Merkur 1904 is a nice, milder entry level DE. It's available in both a standard bar and open comb models. It's relatively light and has a real nice handle on it. It's a real nice 3 piece razor and a good option for a first razor or intro to open combs.

Ahhh, well thanks! Since I'm rocking that R41 as a daily shaver, I don't believe a mild OC will do me much good.

But thanks man!
