I've owned the entire BK range. They are wonderfully luxurious feeling brushes. They bloom freely and provide a big feel on the face. The only reason IMO that they are not as popular as they once were, is that there is currently a preference among wet shavers for more backbone. Backbone is not a word I would use when trying to describe these brushes!

The Kent produce lather as well as any other high end brush. They release lather well and feel substantial and comfortable in the hand. Some might say they suit bowl latherers more, but I've always enjoyed face lathering with them as this is my preferred lathering technique. I've retained only my LE Kents that were more densely packed and made with shorter lofts which overcame the lack of backbone and made them more aligned with my tastes.

If you enjoy a soft brush with a big luxurious face feel then the Kent is a wonderful choice. Right from the moment you open the incredibly regal packaging you know you're in for some special pampering.
