My friend gave me a Vincent DE and about 100 DORCO ST-301 Double Edge Razor Blades. I was curious about these blades any information would be appreciated.

They are a Korean made blade and are the better, more usable siblings to the Dorco ST-300. I like them quite a lot, but they get a bad rap due to the 300s being so sub-par (I actually don't mind the 300s, but most people hate them). The Dorco ST-301 blades are fairly well liked by those who have been willing to try them.

One of my favorite blades. Seems to have a bad reputation, but I don't care. Works great for me. Smooth and comfortable shave every time. It also lasts about 4/5 shaves for me, so a very good deal Smile As usual with anything related to shaving YMMV.

These are very good underrated blades. They are smoother and sharper then the ST-300 Dorco.

These work great in aggressive razors.

Well, I got to use these blades today and was happy with them. I don't have anything to compare them to as this was my first DE shave. No nicks or cuts and they shaved almost as close as my SE Featherweight. I only had time for a two pass shave, where as with my SE I do a three pass. I need more razors and blades!!!ThumbupThumbup

Be careful what you wish for! Biggrin

BTW: I like the DORCOs a lot in aggressive razors.

I, too, think these are very good blades. I find them to be sharp and smooth.
