I have found one more reason to pity the "cart's and canned goo"-crowd... at least the part of them that uses no or just one aftershave they picked up at the mega-mart.

The reason? Krampert's Finest 80 Below.

Few things feels better on a warm, humid and generally muggy morning than a splash of Brian's icy menthol... like sticking my face in the freezer Biggrin

Hans, try it this winter when the ground is covered in snow and it's -20 outside. It will certainly wake you up.

I didn't get a chance to ever get my hands on 80 below, but I am definitely enjoying using the Forstbite here in the 100 degree weather where I live

I have been wanting to try the frostbite but live in Europe.
Anyone know if I can find this in Europe anywhere? Sounds like an excellent ASL for warm days.

While Brian don't ship abroad (the US postal system apparently has set up some giant hoops he'll have to jump through to do so), I'm fairly certain some of his resellers do... Italian barber perhaps? I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong Tongue

I want to try the frostbite too... but I got two bottles of 80 Below and a small bottle of his prototype menthol to work through first.

Not sure if you can ship products with alcohol internationally anymore.

Another choice is Queen Charlotte's Iced Key Lime. Like skinny dipping in -40 F water on an August day! Cool

Hans, it's not that we have hoops to jump through, it's simply not a possibility since there are no hoops. If we get caught it's jail time and a major fine. Yes Italian Barber is out of Canada and he can ship to you.

We might be able to ship internationally by UPS (I don't know) but I wouldn't want to see the bill.

That would be a pretty big hoop, would it not Tongue ?

AFAIK there is a way for a business to legally ship alcohol with the USPS abroad - one of our suppliers is in the US, and we regularly gets parcels of "solvent" (rubbing alcohol, really... for twice the price) via the postal system. Probably requires a ton of paperwork and high fees though Undecided

Still, since I can get it from Italian Barber, it's not a big deal for me - the important thing is that I get to enjoy the finest aftershaves known to man Biggrin
