Broke out my latest bowl of Tabac this past weekend after realizing I hadn't used it in many months. Shame on me.

Beautiful lather, nice moisturizing properties, no post-shave irritation. Oh yeah, what a fantastic scent!! Thumbup

Ok, closet Tabacers (you know who you are), let's hear from 'ya. Tongue

I must say, I've never tried this product. But after this short review, I just might have to try some.

Closet Tabacers? Isn't admitting you like Tabac sort of like coming out as being straight? Biggrin

I tried a sample of it last week for the first time... and I liked the scent a lot. The performance is comparable to DRH soaps IMO. I liked the similar scented DRH Marlborough slightly more than Tabac but I plan on using them both regularly.

I love Tabac soap. I rub the puck over my face like a shave stick. It never fails me.

I am a tabac lover, too. It's a wonderful shave soap indeed, but my reason to love it is special. My father used Tabac AS, I grew up with that smell..

Tabac is a great soap. I also, unlike some, love the scent.

Lately, I've been using only Truefitt & Hill Grafton shaving cream. For whatever reason, I had to stop and smell my Tabac shaving stick over the weekend. I will probabaly use that once I'm done with the Grafton.

I am firmly in the camp that believes that Tabac smells great and that it also gives an awesome shave.

Count me in the Tabac lovers camp! I'm almost out of the soap so I've entered conservation mode as I want to try a few other things before I restock.

Recently I've taken to using 4711 AS and EdC after a shave with Tabac soap. I had been sitting on the 4711 for some time because it didn't really do anything for me. Now, I'm really enjoying it. For some reason, the combo works for me!

Fantastic, Gents. I'm thrilled to see so many Tabac fans. In some circles in the past, the subject of this soap has produced a more, uh, polarized discussion. Rolleyes

HATE the scent. I ordered the cream and AS from Phil, popped open the top of the AS bottle and damn near gagged. It smells like Old Spice on a rotting corpse.

The cream and AS are sitting on a shelf in my hall closet. In the back.

The far back.
