Since I can't post in the BST re John, I have to say he sells great stuff.
The Eagle 2 in pure I rec'ed looked dead mint and cased in original box.
I haven't used it yet but I'm very happy with the purchase.

I couldn't agree with you more. I bought John's Duke 2 in pure and it too looked mint including the box. More important, the brush functions beautifully.

Well, I will jump on this bandwagon since I bought his Duke 3 pure badger. Brush was it great shape and works like a charm.

I am going to stop using the Bests around August 13 so that I can clean them and let them dry well for a couple weeks or so before selling them. I've decided to keep most of the butterscotches, for sentimental reasons, but I'll still have 25 or more brushes to sell.
