To me, it looks like a Tech handle matched with some mysterious gillette head, but have no idea which one. I tried to find it on mr-razor's site, but without success. Thanks in advance for any ideas Smile

Might be from South America...see if you can see any other markings with a magnifier.

Odd.. I spent some time looking through the ones listed over at mr-razor, and the head on yours don't quite match any of the ones I saw there.

One of the closest ones I saw there was a 1963 Tech, but that's a solid bar... similiar gilletes also came out in '66, '67, '72, and '76.

Best guess? Open Comb Tech, late '60s from shortly before Gillette changed their logo - I don't even know if they made such a thing... could be a frankenrazor you got there.

The handle looks like a British style Tech but the head is unusual. In the last picture it looks like it has a K something date code which would make it 1965.

Thank you gents for your suggestions. It still remains a mystery. I would mention that on the base plate there is a "K 2" symbol.

I asked the same question on B&B and mr-razor redirected me to this thread which presents very similar razor, not identical, though.

Don't think it's a Gillette!

I have a Tech with the same top plate and handle but not the bottom OC...by the way it fits the bottom OC looks like a perfect match fit wise...maybe Gillette sold them for a short time in South America or some unknown country...the top plate with the arrow is the only one I have out of 5 or 6 techs with the arrow.
