I am looking for a stand to hold my brush and razor. I am also looking for a cup to do soap with.

Any suggestions?

This is my brush, http://www.amazon.com/Parker-Safety...13...rds=parker shave stand

I have a Merkur razor.

Currently I am using an old coffee mug for lather. But I would like to get something different, since I want to try soaps too.

These make excellent brush and razor stands.

Brush & Razor Stand

As for as something to put a soap puck in, go to Target or your favorite store and buy a ramekin in the size of your choice.

They work great and don't take up much space.

That is a good stand. It won't hold large brushes but it is functional and compact.

If you have several razors, you may want to pick up a toothbrush holder in the finish of your choice.

I am quite fond of my molded, personalized stands from http://cuttingedgerazors.com/. You can order one for just about any combination of brushes and razors, and you can have it custom made to fit whatever diameter of brushes you want (which was perfect for my big old Manchurians). Their clear design is compatible with any style of brush or razor, and they are light weight and sturdy. And the owner, Shane, is very friendly and helpful.

I never keep my razor on a stand in the bathroom (I don't like the moist air getting on it),I prefer to dry it off as best I can, then put it back in it's purpose made leather pouch, ready for next time.
Jack.

This is not a razor and brush stand in the traditional sense, but it is what I use to hold my active razor and brush.
