I just received my Jay's Clay bowl. If it works as well as it looks, I think I am going to like it.

That's an attractive bowl, and the swirl looks like it will help with lather building. The bowl looks Southwestern (New Mexico, Arizona).

Thanks so much for posting the pics of my work. It is exciting to see. I'm really pleased the shaving bowl works for you. I started shaving with soap myself after making some bowls for a soap vendor. It seems to make a nice lather when I use it, but its great to hear from someone else. Its definitely, cheaper, easier, and gives a far better shave than any of the canned stuff. My next step might be a straight blade, but I need to read up on that.
