We have approved the final drawings for both Huntlee razor models and we should have resin prototypes in a week or so. Things are progressing nicely. Cool

Phil, congratulations to you and Lee! Will you post pics? Biggrin
Boy, am i excited even though i will probably not use the razor, unfortunately, as i just don't get on with those blades. Man, if your razor took full or half DE blades, then i would love to try it! Blush
Good luck with the endeavour!

Great news Phil! There is a lot of excitement in relation to these razors and for good reason too!

Celestino, are you referring to Feather AC blades? If so have you tried the Kai version? I find them infinitely more forgiving and on par in terms of performance. The only trade off for me is that they don't exhibit quite the same longevity.

Back to the HuntLee, this concept appears to be rapidly progressing into reality, I can't wait see what you've come with Phil and Lee!

These are exactly what I've been waiting for. Great news Phil, I can't wait to see the finished product. Smile

Will you be taking preorders for these at some point?

Celestino, 'if at first you don't succeed, try try again' ... Biggrin

As many other razors as you've been through, surely you will give the HuntLee a try! Biggrin

Celestino, if you don't like the large blades, then try the smaller version that will be taking the Schick Injector Blades. That will be the route I take, the smaller one. If this works out like I hope it does, my AS-D2 will get a rest. I have always wanted a stainless razor that would take the Schick Injector Blades.

And like the rest, I look forward to these.

I wish everyone well with these new razors. I just don't/can't get along with an injector for some unknown reason. I've tried different models/blades/techinques and they just don't work for me.

On the positive side, there will be one more out there for a injector guy to grab.

I'm excited about this! The Cobra is my daily shaver and, yet, every time I use it I think "this could be better." Here's hoping.

+1 Exclamation

As much as I love my Cobra, it's nice to look forward to an alternative, hopefully one which will surpass the Cobra in terms of quality/performance etc.

AWESOME!! TOTALLY AWESOME!! That both expresses my excitement and is my nod to the razor's California roots (a la Jeff Spicoli).

Looking forward to it! I have held off looking for a Cobra to see what the final product will be like. I am certain the Customer Service will be better.
