Nice list!
Of the ones on your list my favourite would be T&H Lavender.

My favourite cream is Castel Forbes Lavender.
Love the cream, the scent and the pot Smile

Here's the secret - there is no perfect cream. I'd be obscenely rich if I had a dollar for each time I said to myself "this is the perfect cream or soap" only to migrate on. However...

Very Nice List. Out of all of the ones listed I have C.O. Bigelow.

I also have KMF Creams and about 8 others but, mostly I have soaps.

Precisely. It's all about the journey, not the "final destination".

i have a question for all you cream users. Do you find the scents to be as good as the scents of your soaps? Smile

My go to creams are TOBS Rose and Lavender and right up with them are TOBS Avocado and Coconut along with The Body Shop Maca Root and The Real Shaving Company. I've tried many creams in my 45 years of wet shaving, but these are the creams I always return to; I guess that makes them "perfect" for me.

Nancy Boy is the closest to perfect that I have come across. Only downside is the shelf-life.

I'd try CF Cedar Sandalwood for fall and T&H 1805 for a spring/summer cream. Nice choices so far.
Grafton is one of the few creams that I regret selling.

The Jermyn St. was alright. I think the best part was the scent. Proraso blue was a pretty solid performer, but I like the menthol feel of the Green or C.O. Bigelow better. I wouldn't pass it up if I saw a deal on it.

I'm really looking forward to trying my first soap when I get home in 2 months. Looking at grabbing D.R. Harris Arlington. I'm also getting a Duke 3 next month, so that'll be my "soap brush" but I'll probably use it for everything!

Out of all the creams, I have to say that Grafton is the scent I enjoy the most, followed very closely by Eton College.

Did you try some of the Portuguese stuff already?

I think you should at least try Veleiro, O Melhor and particularly Top Secret.

Look into Prep. It flies somewhat under the radar, but it might be the best performing cream I've ever used. The scent is a bit medicinal, there is a nice amount if menthol w/o being over bearing, and it's performance and skin protection are second to none IMO.

I think the best cream I ever tried was the Body Shoppe's Maca Root shave cream...This cream has the best of everything and the scent is...um...alluring...like it has a pheromone or something in it...for lack of better description....Blush

I find myself sniffing the tub at least every time I shave whether I use it or not...it's intoxicating...

Nuff said.

Wink
