I received this beautiful Puma No.1938 full hollow 5/8 as part of a trade, the seller told me he received the razor was completely sealed NOS, it as only been lightly honed stropped and shaved with around 4 times, it will come shave ready, as most people who know I'm a big fan of Japanese razors, so if you have a NOS high end quality Japanese razor especially a King Pelican or an Hayashi Diamond and would like to trade for this getting very difficult to find Puma No.1938 please drop me an E-mail or a PM.

Jamie, beautiful razor... I've often wondered how the rubber grip feels. What are your thoughts? Added comfort and control or just in the way? Is that lettering etched on the blade?

Hi Michael, I would say it feels very comfortable and very easy to hold while stropping, and the lettering is deeply etched into the blade, looks a very nice razor, I'm hoping this one will lure out a few traders of some fine Japanese blades, I would say the razor would be worth more than the two razors I'm actually wanting to trade against, I've seen one selling for $600 but that was a 6/8.

I've decided to put this one away, it may resurface another day if the right trade offer hits the BST section who knows?
