I made a short video showing off the Huntlee Katana resin prototype and thought you might be interested in seeing it. Biggrin

That "tongue-and-groove" mechanism is such a good idea! It will be fascinating to see the real deal and how it performs!

Maybe it was before in the other thread an I've missed it. What would the gap be like? Looking at the proto in the video it looks big, no?

It will be similar to the Cobra. The translucent material is deceptive and this is just a 3D model.

Phil,

Thanks for the video. The design looks solid and you certainly have the attention of many of us looking for an alternative to what is currently available. Anticipation of a new razor for my Christmas stocking or maybe a November birthday present.

Would have been pretty slick if you'd taken the handle off that R41 and screwed the Huntlee head into it, Phil.

Looks great!

Phil, thanks for the video. I must say that the three piece concept is excellent and, as others have stated, I am very much looking forward to the stainless steel prototype. All the best to Lee and you for much success with the Hunt-Lee Katana. Thumbsup

Looks like it will be easier to change blades than it is with the Cobra.
