Straight or mixed?

Are you talking about as an after-shave balm?

Unrefined Shea Butter is a much better option, in my opinion. It absorbs into your skin much more readily than most oils.

Oils, pure or mixed, work better as pre.
I do an oil extract of Lavender, Chamomile and Marigold.
I call it Oleolito LCC (italian aconym) ... and works really well. Tongue

I like the feel of jojoba oil and find it absorbs readily. But now argan oil....that just feels luxurious.

If you got a bottle of jojoba, avocado, coconut or argan, I would wet the face and then apply a quarter size drop to the hand and not only apply it to the face but rub some in to the scalp and hair.

Jojoba oil is fairly viscous, and technically a wax, not an oil.  I would blend it with other oils to lighten it a little: apricot kernel oil, grapeseed oil, almond oil for starters--actually, this kind of stuff I would use as a pre-shave rather than an after-shave.

I use argon oil in my hair as previously mentioned. Gives a excellent luster.
