Hi gents,
Recently I've acquired a 1305.
When I'm comparing it to my last lot of Semogue brushes and my old 1305 in particular, it feels quite different?
It feels just as soft at the tips but has less splay and more backbone. I've also noticed the hair being dyed differently too. The hair also looks different when wet compared to my last 1305.
I think I prefer this new 1305 to my old one.
Anyone else noticed this?

See what the bristles are like after you use it for a time. That's all I can suggest since I haven't bought a Semogue in what seems to be forever.
What I'm getting at is that maybe after the bristles age through use the 2 brushes could get more like each other. Could that be possible?

I have had the exact experience with my new 1305, and I too prefer the newer version. The bristles definitely have more backbone and less splay than my previous 1305.
