A few guys asking for a video clip of brush production.

Here's the first part in a series that I'll record for you kind gentlemen.

This shows how the differing knots for our various brushes are weighed & bundled by hand.

Enjoy ...

Thanks for this video. I cannot wait for TSN Simpsons brush to make it's way to us. It might end up being my first of many Simpsons brush. Although, I might not be able to hold out that long and might have to order one to hold me over before it gets here.

Great video Mark...I have always been curious to see how the knots are made. The thing that really struck me was the scale used in the process. Definitely has that old school feel.

That was fascinating! And it definitely makes me want to buy a Simpsons brush right now. I think this type of transparency is a good thing for building interest especially in a time-honored item like a shaving brush.

Mark, thanks for posting the video. Always good to see how things are made.

Are the Vulfix boar brushes done in the same manner?

I'm guessing those were pure badger knots? Is that knot specific to one brush or will that same batch of knots be installed into several different styles of handle?

Thanks for the video Mark!
