Well, well, well every squirrel finds a nut now and then... Found this beauty on the bay for cheap!...
I'm sorry to brag but nobody else in this house really cares, so I turn to you guys to share my score with. I'm so happy can you tell?
But now I'm almost afraid to use it! Almost...

[img][Image: P1070021_zpsced3f799.jpg][/img]

It is engraved/stamped with: “MADE IN FRANCE” and under it “STERILIZED”.

Handle: 58mm
Loft: 60mm
Overall: 118mm
Knot: 22mm at base (size 14)

The brush is in excellent condition, minus the stickers/decals and looks to be unused!

Nice looking brush. I saw it advertised on eBay, and I guess my question would be how do you know it is a Plisson?

It's the real deal... I will admit that I was only at about 99% sure before bidding... there was that nagging "I hope I'm right?".

Once received there was no doubt... The hair on this brush is like no other, beautiful. Careful study of the photos and additional information from Plisson was key...

It certainly look like a Plisson (and I own more than a few, including the metal version until recently). Congratulations Doug!

I had no doubt it was a Plisson, but being second highest bidder doesn't count. I was hoping nobody else was clued in, but that was naive. Congrats Doug!

The fun is in the hunt, and well, the shave too... I suppose.

Anyway, thanks Dave - the next one is yours!
