This is the soap that Calani makes for peope who dont want a heavy scented soap.As its name indicate us,this soap smells like a traditional soap, with a crispy, fresh scent.

The ingrediente list is also different than the Classic Havana or Cadre Noir shaving soaps :

but contains some ingredients like Shea Butter,Oilve oil,Palm Oil and Sweet Almond Oil,ingredients that all toghether take care of the skin during the shave.

And the lather,as the other Calani soaps, independetly of its ingredients/formulation,is thick and really slick :

As the other Calani soap,it comes on a carboard box, wrapped in tissue paper and the soap puck is 65 grams. If you use it everyday,I think it could last aroound 2 and a half months/3 months easily.

If you don't want a heavy scented soap, but want to enjoy a great shaving soap, this could be the one for you.The soap has this "clean",fresh scent that its very subtle and, even when it last during the shave,is not that strong.

Once again, another wonderful Calani creation, and I dont get tired of writing about them.

Teiste, do you store your soaps in the packaging? Is that the solution to having a large rotation, or do you just hold onto it?

Thats not a bad idea at all. Probably much easier than finding bowls for everything. It seems you are much more clever than I am Wink

Very interesting. I like that the ingredients are so simple and straightforward. I will put this on the list if I end up ordering more Calani soap.

Calani are one the best artisans ive tried and had. Very consistent with their lather and shaves. My favorite is highland honey!
