Hera are some pics I took on a walk this morning. My wife and younger daughter are in one of those pics, as is our dog.

Fall is amazingly beautiful here in the Northeast US. I love all the seasons, but for a few weeks it's hard to beat Fall.

Autumn is a perfect time of year. The wonderful tapestry of color as the leaves bid farewell to summer. Thanks for sharing the pictures.

Great pics, Yohann! I surely miss living in southwestern Ontario for the fall season. Nothing quite like all those beautiful colours! Biggrin

Yohann, great pictures! We are blessed to live in one of the most beautiful places on Earth, I think. Fall here in Western Mass is a major tourist attraction. We have Connecticut Wrapper drying in tobacco barns here in the early fall and it actually smells a like a humidor sometimes. That on top of the colors just blows me away every year.

Thanks for posting the pictures!

Yohann, I hope you don't mind if I post a few pictures of my back yard taken around 4 pm (the golden light).

Wow, Vladimir! That is a pretty back yard. Thanks for the lovely pics.

One of my little regrets about the house we just bought is that the back yard is just grass (which I don't care for). I planted a couple of trees, but it will be decades before they grow to any size.

----------------

As an aside, I encourage Nookers to post their Autumn landscape pics here. The leaves have already fallen off here, for the most part. It will be nice to see the progression south.

I'd like to thank you for making me extremely homesick. Fall and Christmas time always hit me hard. It never gets much worst than mid november here, and virtually no deciduous trees as well.

Yohann, I have a lot of grass also. My wife and I are determined to kill the lawn as much as we can by replacing it with food garden, herb garden, fruit trees, encouraging native weeds (OMG! Dandelions! Yes, some of the most amazing plants on the planet! We eat their green, make tinctures from their roots and enjoy their flowers) for medicinal purposes and just to break up the monoculture of green lawn grass. We do not use any chemicals at all and are starting to get lots of clover and ground ivy and other things that feel better than grass to walk on barefoot and does not need to be mowed as much. Still, we have more grass than we like, so the work continues... The nice thing is we live on the edge of the wild forest with bears, coyotes, deer, snakes, owls, etc. Some of our property looks somewhat wild also, That is what's in the pictures.

Here are some pictures that I took on a hike a few days ago, which is about a mile away.
