[Image: 3XBCX5X.jpg]This  is our daily espresso blend.  Medium roasted.  Very smooth with hints of chocolate.  I never get tired of smelling it.

Blend of 100% Arabica Central American coffee. This on is a darker roast. It has a very distinct whiskey flavor. I have been getting most of my coffee from them since they opened. They have a great little shop. Fortunately for me they are just a few minutes from my house. They roast all their coffee in-house. Here is their website: https://www.palehorsecoffee.com/

Sounds great.  I've always been a fan of the Central American blends.  Our roaster uses a single origin Guatemala Antigua in some of their blends.  Sort of like a foundation to build on.  The cafe there looks like my kind of place.  Enjoy.

A few years ago, my favorite and really good local roaster had some barrel aged etc bourbon coffee beans.  The sweetness of the bourbon overpowered the coffee.  These sound close to that - slightly better.

My favorite beer is a stout with hint of coffee.
